Victoria Coeln – Das Parlament im Licht der Menschenrechte

Since November 8, 2023, Victoria Coeln has been turning the Austrian Parliament into a work of light art, sending a strong signal in urban space and society. The occasion is the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
